TheManager -Porcelain Plant is responsiblefor overseeingall plantactivities related to Saudi Ceramics to enhanceits publicimageand promoteits productsand creatingthe organizational plant strategiesand plans, whilefocusing on developingcreative product designsand customer’s demand. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Works on goals and policies of the organization and plans to establish companywide long term & short- term objectives in line with company policy. Monitors Engineering, Production & Quality functions. Prepares annual budget for the various functions. Ensures high level of employee morale, motivation. Ensures all the information on employees. Periodically reviews Departmental Objectives and directs as required. Provides required resources & directs on cost cutting exercises, reuse & recycling of resources. Leads & reviews plant expansion activities. Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager. Internal Communication Saudi Ceramics Corporate Divisions Heads. Saudi Ceramics Business Units Heads. External Communication Maintainsgood relations with all personnel in production, stores, Q.A. & Engineering Department.
