POST APPLIED: CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in the courier services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to a pre-assigned list of clients, generating leads through research, and converting potential clients into customers. Client Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential clients from a pre-assigned list, introducing our courier services and identifying their needs.  Conduct research to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.  Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their requirements.  Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to convert them into sales.  Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.  Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively sell our courier services.  Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve company objectives. Client Acquisition Specialist Qualifications  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the courier services industry.  Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.  Excellent research skills to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.  Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints professionally.  Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.  High level of integrity and professionalism.
