PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: 1. Age Limit = 50 and prefer less than 50 2. Salary = it is depend on the experience 3. Working hours = 48 hours in a week 4. EXPERIENCE: Around 10 years of experience in Corrugated Box Plant or Repro House, managing Production and handling commercial decision Experience with packaging lines is a must. JD: Managing the Product Development & Pre-Press function of the Corrugated Box plant, (including manufacturing of Printing plates, Cutting dies and Ink) as per the best Industry practice. Overseeing the process from concept creation to prototype and getting approval from customers, and managing customer specifications. (Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues & pricing). Provide technical support to Sales & Customers for optimal solutions with Innovative ideas. Analyze customer requirements and provide design solutions with a competitive edge. • Involvement in new product designs and overseas the Product Development from design, artwork to product specifications with sample approvals. • Ensure that the paper availability/necessary timelines are made available to produce the product being developed. • Obtains product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies. • Work with Production department in developing new product and update existing products by optimizing board grade to reduce cost and increasing machine efficiencies • Provide technical support to Sales & Customers with customer visits for optimal solutions & customer satisfaction. • Create Innovate designs based on global standards & benchmarks, be a trendsetter in the market that meets customer’s aspiration and are cost effective solutions. • Work towards zero NCR’s from Artwork, Specifications, Cliché, Inks & Die making. • Overview and control of all Other Direct Material Consumption (ODM) Cost – Cliché, Dies, Inks, helping & packaging materials and pallets. • Reduction of 10% of 2022 ODM costs of 166.61 SR/Input ton • Optimizing the manpower to ensure smooth services to stakeholders across the Organization.
