Primavera P6 8 - 10 Year experience in Oil & Gas construction  Experience in developing, implementing, feeding, reconciling and maintaining valuable project control databases and reports for projects.  Project planning, scheduling, cost engineering, progress measurement and overall project controls for all projects.  Overseeing and managing project expenses and preparing for potential financial risks.  This is typically the project manager's responsibility. Cost control involves managing the budget, as well as planning, and preparing for potential risks.  Overseeing planning development plans and applications.  Advising stakeholders on planning policy and regulations.  Providing counsel and representation at key planning meetings and appeal hearings.  Managing planning compliance.  Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.  Reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.  Support the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules  Preparing feasibility studies or development appraisals.  Assessing capital and revenue expenditure over the whole life of a facility.  Advising on the setting of budgets.  Monitoring design development against planned expenditure.  Progress measurement and overall project controls for all projects  Create Project Execution Plans.  Implement Project Monitoring and Reporting for all the Projects.  Perform Project Coordination.  Manage Stakeholder and Team Communication.  Mathematical Skill & Communication Skill  Preparation of time extension claim.  Preparation of project acceleration cost claim.  Prepare Delay Analysis Report using PERT method Salary: 8,000 to 12,000 (Negotiable)
