POST APPLIED: QUALITY CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR

Roles and Responsibilities: • Supervise implementation and reporting of quality and food safety KPIs. • Lead performance review of quality and food safety with plant teams. • Support implementation of training plan across all functions. • Support investigations and CAPA related to complaints and NCRs. • Lead final products hold and release as per the company policy. • Analyze and report swabs results. • Analyze and report GMP compliance scores. • Analyze and report product quality scores. • Monitor daily QC inspector’s tasks. • Conduct and analyze verification activities. • Follow up corrective actions of NCRs. • Training of QC inspectors on their tasks. • Follow up retention samples keeping. • Review results of verification and validation activities. • Ensure that all processes and departments are following the internal policies and procedures according to HACCP or any related management system and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor Degree (food science or related field) • 3-5 years of experience in quality "food manufacturing" • Aware by quality control practices (monitoring - calibration - weight control.....) • Good in English • Good data analysis and reporting skills • Good auditing skills
