POST APPLIED: QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for HACCP plans implementation within the plant processes. • Lead the implementation of GMPs, Food Safety, And Quality standards in the plant versus the relevant procedures and programs • Conduct internal audits as per the schedule with reporting and following NCRs. • Track and monthly report plant Quality and Food Safety compliance trends to QA manager • Liaise with plant departments to develop and implement corrective actions to close are received and identified NCRs and consumer complaints • Conduct food safety training to plant teams as per the plan. • Follow-up and report % of on time closure of all plant corrective actions and all consumer complaints • Lead the NCRs and Complaints root cause analysis and corrective action plans for all identified incompliances through investigation • Responsible for document control and ensure that all departments are following the procedures. • Conduct traceability / mock recall tests as per the plan with reporting results Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor Degree (food science or related field) • 3-5 years of experience in quality "food manufacturing" • Aware by quality & food safety management systems (BRC - ISO 22000 - ISO 9001 - FSSC....) • Good in English • Good data analysis and reporting skills • Good auditing skills
