Maintenance of Package Air conditioning Unit, Split A/C & chill watersystem ( Chillers ) in Villa  Compounds & Facilities as per Company requirement as a Technician.  Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.  Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.  Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.  Do calibrations of thermostatic controls.  Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment as per company Requirements.  Clean blowers and coils, check tension of the fan belt and the motor as per requirements,
