POST APPLIED: Rotating Equipment Engineer

ONE MONTH OR TWO MONTH SHUTDOWN PROJECT  WORKING SCHEDULE- 12 HOURS PER DAY, 6DAYS OR 7 DAYS PER WEEK PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for the overall shutdown activities in his assigned area and reports to QAFAC representative or his designate. KEY TASKS AND RESULTS: · Planning, organizing and monitoring of assigned shutdown work with multi-cultural teams consisting Supervisors and Technicians. · Shall be responsible to delegate supervisors, Planning the jobs with his supervisors and carryout all the jobs in his assigned area as per the procedures. Responsible for Safety and Timely execution. Arranging spares/ permits. Preparing reports. Liaise with vendor reps and QAFAC Rep. Optimize utilization of resources in his area. · Works in accordance with established company procedures, professional standards and HSE requirement. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: · EDUCATION: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering EXPERIENCE: 15/20 Years · BACKGROUND: Experience in the field of Rotating Equipment maintenance of Methanol / Ammonia or large Petrochemical plants.
