On procuring receipt of the requirement from the Client, the database is accessed as the client can choose (man power) from our huge talent pool

Easy working
With high end technical support we constantly update our database. Candidates can directly visit our website, view our vacancies and post their resume.

Precise selection
After this our panel of expert recruiters view the resumes on a daily basis, shortlisting the qualified candidates, for our clients.

Test and personal interview
The Client then sends us a list of the candidates finally shortlisted by them. The short listed candidates are sent for trade tests (wherever required). If the client desires to interview them personally, interviews are arranged in consultation with the client.

A final list of selected candidates is then prepared. The selected candidates are informed accordingly and their medical check-ups are arranged.

Pre-flight procedure
The Client is then requested to send the visas of selected candidates to complete the immigration and travel formalities.

Orientation and job assignment
After going through the orientation program the candidates then leave to take up their assignments.

The entire process takes about 10-15 days depending upon the urgency of the requirement.
